History
shows that cricket has been played in Yatton since 1881, and under the
name of Claverham since 1905. The Club moved to the Wood Memorial
Ground, it's current home in Henley Lane after the Great War in 1921.
The ground, one of the most attractive in the country, has improved it's
facilities steadily over the years, with the current, well appointed pavilion
being completed in time for the 1992 season.
Whether you wish to play cricket or be a casual observer you could find no better setting than the Claverham ground nestling under the slopes of nearby Cadbury Hill.
Come and see us, have a drink from the well stocked bar
and enjoy an afternoon's entertainment.
We look forward to seeing you.
